Bio
Jon Rogalia
Singer • Songwriter • Producer
Jon Rogalia is a New York singer-songwriter and recording artist blending country, Americana, roots rock, and folk into what he calls “philosophical country.” His songs are built around real people, hard-earned perspective, and everyday life.
Across five studio albums, Rogalia has developed a catalog that moves between intimate acoustic storytelling and full-band country rock. His latest album, This Side of Heaven, earned the 2026 Syracuse Area Music Award (SAMMY) for Best Country Album, continuing a run of regional and independent recognition for his songwriting and recorded work.
Rogalia has performed on bills alongside nationally recognized artists including Asleep at the Wheel, Marty Stuart, Grace Potter, and Creed Fisher through direct-support appearances and official pre-show performances. He continues to perform throughout New York as a solo artist and with his original collaborators Whiskey Hollow Rush, while also fronting The Swamp Boys, a regional live band built around high-energy country and rock.
In 2026, Rogalia released Her Smile (Before the World), the stripped-down first chapter of a song written for his daughter. The release marked the beginning of a larger creative campaign while work continued on his sixth studio album.
Beyond his work as an artist, Rogalia operates Humble Pine Entertainment, his independent label and publishing company, and is a voting member of the Recording Academy.
Based in Central New York, Rogalia continues to write, record, and perform with a simple focus.
Songs about real life, written for real people.
